In transactions without a broker, we offer to prepare the purchase agreement and all transaction documents on behalf of the seller. In principle, we take on the same task as the real estate agent in these transactions. If the seller has already had the documents prepared, we can review the transaction on behalf of the buyer in the same way as if the documents had been prepared by a real estate agent.
We are experienced advisors, and as lawyers we are subject to very specific quality requirements for our advice, and we have taken out professional liability insurance, which covers in the event of errors in our advice. Only lawyers are required to take out liability insurance, which gives you the greatest security when buying a home.
