Flexible housing

Once you have found the property you would like to buy, you can usually get pre-approval from the municipality that you may use the property as a flexible home. It will be a common condition to include in a purchase agreement that it is a condition that you can have the property approved as a flexible home. The estate agent will often be able to help you apply to the municipality, and otherwise we will also be happy to do so as your housing lawyer.
