At Paragraf Advokaterne we have 15 years of experience in legal advice to both private individuals and companies, and we offer legal assistance within a wide range of legal disciplines. We have offices in both Auning and Hadsten, and these locations are in no way coincidental. The distance to Randers and Aarhus makes the area a particularly attractive place to live and do business. In addition, Auning is the largest city in the western part of Norddjurs Municipality, and from here we are a short distance from the many towns and villages in the area, all of which are important to us and for which we have extensive local knowledge.

2018 –
Name change
As of January 1, 2018, the company changed its name to “Paragraf Advokaterne ApS”, which is also its name today.
2016 –
The law firm was taken over by Søren V. Andreasen.
After Lars Meilvang's death in March 2016, lawyer Søren Vasegaard Andreasen took over the company under the name "Advokat Søren V. Andreasen ApS".
1984 –
2nd generation Meilvang
From 1984, the second generation Meilvang – Lars – owned the company.
1951 –
The company was handed over to new owners.
In 1951, Olsen sold the company to lawyers Søren G. Nielsen and CA Meilvang.
1907 –
AA Olsen admitted as partner.
In 1907, AA Olsen was admitted as a partner. From 1984-2016, the second generation Meilvang – Lars – owned the company.
1906 –
Boldsen was a co-founder of Folkebanken.
In 1906, Boldsen was among the founders of the Folkebanken for Rougsø and Sønderhald Herreder, now Djurslands Bank A/S. The bank moved to the address Torvegade 2A in 1906. Boldsen did the same as a lawyer and the bank's legal director.
1899 –
FC Boldsen started a law firm in Auning.
In 1899, lawyer FC Boldsen began practicing law in Auning, more specifically at Auning Gæstgivergaard, where Boldsen had office hours.exactly every Wednesday afternoon after 3 o'clock...".

The law firm has client bank accounts in Sparekassen Kronjylland and Djurslands Bank.
In the event of a bank's bankruptcy, depositors are covered under the Depositors and Investors Guarantee Scheme Act. The guarantee fund covers an eligible depositor's funds up to an amount equivalent to 100,000 euros (approximately 750,000 DKK). The maximum coverage applies to the total deposit in the bank, even if the money is in different accounts, including both client bank accounts and own accounts.
Special rules apply to deposits relating to real estate if the real estate has been used for or is intended for mainly non-commercial purposes. Amounts up to EUR 10 million are covered for up to 12 months after the amount was deposited, regardless of whether the deposit is in a separate account. Liability insurance has been taken out and a guarantee has been provided in accordance with the rules set by the Danish Bar Association. The liability insurance covers all legal services, regardless of where they are performed. Liability insurance has been taken out with and the guarantee has been provided by Dahlberg Assurance Agentur A/S, Allegade 14, 2000 Frederiksberg.
The law firm does not use contractual clauses regarding choice of law and/or venue, unless this is agreed with the client.
