A/S and ApS are registered via the Danish Business Authority's online registration, which is why you will receive a CVR number and registration on the same day as registration. Currently, Entrepreneurial Companies (IVS) cannot be established in the Danish Business Authority's online registration. It can therefore take up to approx. 3 weeks before the final registration is available.
There is a formation fee of DKK 670 to form a company. This amount, together with our fee, will be collected before registration is carried out.
