Last week, attorney (H) Søren Vasegaard Andreasen from Paragraf Advokaterne was elected to represent East Jutland on the Bar Association for the period 2021-2027.
The Danish Bar Association is the independent complaints body of the legal profession and makes decisions in all complaints about violations of good legal practice and about the reasonableness of legal fees. The Board has 21 members, of whom 9 are lawyers, while the other members are either judges or appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
