If the speeding is under 30 mph of the speed limit in that location, the rules say that your father must pay the fine to the police. He can then ask you to pay him afterwards.
If you exceed the speed limit by less than 30 km/h, your driver's license will not be suspended. Therefore, the fact that you have been speeding in his car has no consequences for your father's license.
